This website collects only the information provided by the user in the contact form (name, email address, message) for the purpose of responding to the request and establishing a potential business relationship.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR).

The data collected is kept for a period of one (1) year from the last contact, after which it is deleted.

The data collected is intended only for authorized employees of WALDENLAB. They are not subject to any transfer, sale or transmission to third parties.

As the site is hosted via infrastructures located in the United States, the data collected may be transferred outside the European Union. This transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (implementing decision 2021/914/EU).

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD, any person concerned has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, portability and oppose the processing of their personal data.

These rights can be exercised by sending a request to: contact@walden-lab.com. The company undertakes to respond to them within one (1) month in accordance with article 12 of the RGPD.

In the event of a complaint, the person concerned also has the right to file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.
