The context is shaped by the new strategy focused on shortening decision‑making processes, standardizing products in the construction sector, and improving win ratios in tender responses.

Inspiration sessions through virtual meetings with legaltech
players to explore new uses based on the identified challenges.
Results

A 3–5‑year roadmap built on three pillars:
leveraging existing tools, experimenting, and developing new capabilities.
Decision to acquire a Contract Lifecycle Management tool to:
1. Automate the generation of simple contracts
2. Scale the use of extractive AI for tender analysis
3. Optimize claims management on major construction projects.
