Case Studies
Developing AI use cases on Copilot 365 for the Secretary General

Objective
As AI use cases expand across the company, the Secretary General wants to move his teams from curiosity to real adoption. He is launching a one‑day seminar to test, understand and project how Copilot 365 can be used across the General Secretariat’s functions — contract lawyers, corporate teams, public affairs and compliance officers
Approach
The idea is to organize a tailored conversational hackathon, designed as a lever for adoption and team building. Three key moments:
Use‑case mapping:
based on business interviews (M&A, contract law, compliance, etc.), use‑case cards are created detailing AI‑eligible tasks, current workload, potential gains and prerequisites. Result: 25 cards ready to be tested by 50 lawyers
Prompting training:
rapid‑fire exercises to spark collective intelligence, test reflexes and learn how to interact effectively with AI
Ideation:
the cards are used in small groups. Each participant works on their own laptop. Each use case is assessed against three criteria: prompt stability, confirmed benefits, and low or no governance risks.
Results

A seminar praised
for its impact, originality and energy
Eleven validated use cases
ready for large‑scale deployment
An agile governance
model to embed new reflexes and make AI a daily ally.
